It sound good place for my kiddos but they make your life miserable for parents for kids are ok. At first you were able to walk in at 8am to put clean cloths and arrange there cloths before 8 now they close it so you don't walk in before 8. One of the teacher I sincerely feel she is not really passionate she just there to get a paycheck.

I had my eldest son in Options, half day preschool. When I returned to school l I needed care for him and my youngest son full time. I went to "kindercare" and immediately saw the difference in quality. I knew I had to get my kids back into Options. We were on the waiting list for about 2 months when my oldest was accepted and a month later my two year old was.

This is place is clean, well regulated, diverse, has good quality toys, routines and is highly educational. The teachers all seem to genuinely enjoy what they do and if I ever have a question or concern I am listened to and taken into consideration. I am so grateful to be a part of this program.

They offer free to low cost "Child care, Preschool, before & after school programs" for your child. It helps a lot.
(They cities they serve: Whittier, Altadena, Arcadia, Claremont, Duarte, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, La Verne, Monrovia, Pasadena, San Dimas, San Marino, Sierra Madre).

First let me start off by saying that my rating is in no means on part of any of the teachers in any way they are great with my child this is towards the administration of the infant site and there negligence with personal information I want to make sure this never happens again and no family has to go through what my family is being put through do this obviously unqualified Education coordinator Vinnia Casuga nowing this person was not an emergency contact.....Vinnia the so called Education coordinator not only gave out personal information but she allowed photos of legal documents to be taken by a person not only was she not on emergency contact but someone she could not possibly verify over a phone not only has this lady jeopardized my child safety but she has jeopardized his home after Speaking with Hr Director Melissa Takadea where she fully accepted fault assured me that whatever I needed they would provide only to avoided the following day after making it very clear that I would not be going anywhere until I spoke with Melissa Dolores Meade – Deputy Executive Director then came out and stated they would not do that after I was already assured and they accepted blame only now Dolores Meade – Deputy Executive states to me its just a piece of paper
Ruby Sevilla – Early Head Start Director thank you so much for making sure your education coordinator was probably trained thank you for jeopardizing my childs safety and putting him at risk you would think it would be common sense I'm more than sure if this was there child it would not be just a paper it would not be just a photo oh it was just a little information when we drop off our children we are trusting you with our child that you will keep them safe not to hear well if they tried to take him we can't stop them we can call the local authorities you do not tell a parent that especially after an incident like this this lady should not only be fired but never allowed to work with children again

These people just waste your time and give you the run around and that's how they run their school too.
