My aunt discharged from st Francis last two weeks and it was really a wonderful place to have recommended her to be.
The administrator was always checking on my auntie and addressed all questions my auntie or family had. The Unit Manager on Madonna was very wonderful. Cna’s and nurses provided excellent care. The atmosphere here is that of family and comfort! I recommend Optalis of st Francis anyone looking for a place for their live one to call home and family!

I personally have had a great experience at this facility. They’re full of passion and compassion! They take great care of their residents and have great communication! The facility is very clean and has a very homey atmosphere. Someone told me when you walk into the chapel it is very peaceful!

One of the best facilities I have worked for. It is a family like atmosphere with wonderful leadership which makes it a great place. The administrator is authentically present for each and every staff member as well as the residents and it shows. It has been a wonderful experience, everyone is very welcoming and makes coming to work alot more fun!

Staff was very friendly and attentive to mom’s needs. She’s very dependent on a family member and they were able to understand that need and work with her on making sure the family member was included in her recovery. She is on her way to a full recovery and we are pleased with the staff that helped with that.

It's a place for people ready to die. 70% of the Nurses and CNA's don't do their jobs. The other 30% go out of their way to care for patients. The physical therapy department is good. The social services department does the best they can. I had to make my own follow-up appointments. The exchange of information from Covenant and Optalis was substandard. My medications were never right. And never on schedule. Overall 4/10.

My mother has been a resident of Optalis at St. Francis for five years now, this facility has done an amazing job helping my mother stay active with exercising, physical therapy, plus keeping her mind active and busy with a wonderful activities department. Five years have passed and Optalis is still thriving with talent and well educated CNA’s and Nursing staff. I am the new housekeeping/laundry supervisor. Coming into this position I came in not knowing what l was getting myself into however l can boldly say that from Administrator to everyone is a great management team. When I say team that's exactly what we are, we come together and work with one another. It makes my job so much easier and I love my job here at optalis and I recommend anyone who is looking for a job to just walk in and apply.
