There is no way to reach any person in management or higher when trying to get clarification on issues that come up.

OneLegacy tends to give the go around after the whole process is done and over with. They run lab tests, imaging and scans which runs up a huge tab during their process and state they will cover those costs.

When you get the bills, all the family aftercare team does is "forward" the invoices to the "finance team" but you never get an update. You end up getting bills claiming that collections is next and they then state that it's not the family aftercare team's responsibility. They won't provide any information to the finance department, nor do they provide their supervisors information either when requested.

The family aftercare team is not as caring as they'd like you to think. They spoke to my sister in a condescending way and make you feel like you are in the wrong.

Still dealing with them and still getting the usual, "someone will reach out to you soon" but end up waiting more than I should.

Unsatisfactory especially after going through the loss of a loved one.

My dad passed away suddenly, and my family and I had no idea he was an organ donor. That being said, it was not a pleasure working with One Legacy. The people here are so cold and robotic. Everything they say sounds rehearsed, and there is an extreme lack of bedside manners. As we were visiting my dad, there was almost no privacy, only a curtain. The staff was very loud and a nurse was checking my dad's vitals while taking a casual phone call. The whole process also took several days longer than we were told.

These people, did not allow me and my family to grieve peacefully. On top of that we told them no invasive procedures; so that we could have a open casket. What did they do the opposite. They didn't even know who my grandmother was to contact her for updates. Poor service, poor communication, liars and money hungry.
