They work their facilitators like slaves. The facilitators are exempt from overtime laws and protections and so they make them work endless amounts of overtime UNPAID. I thought that was illegal, so I called the Labor Commission to find out, turns out its completely legal! Beware if you're looking for any salaried positions here because that $62,000 per year gets dwindled down to less than $5 an hour after you've driven all over the North Bay (with gas at$6 a gallon) and working up to 16-24 hour days.

Staff needs more training on how To Speak to their disabled clients and not instigate arguments with them Also there were chemicals in my daughter's bedroom and the girl that was working there said it wasn't her area to clean that only the kitchen was her area and I said But it's all of the caregivers together have to protect my daughter and not put her in harm's way it would be all of their faults.if anything happens to her I have pics to show

OK I have the youngest worker at times it be so hard if you want respect to earn you have too give it so I'm just tired of it how on heaven earth is this helping its not its sad too me they really need better professional support worker you I wasn't awareness of go grocery shopping and they tell you on how to buy your items plus your space is your own as well if we you clients please not have your family with you no respect for the clients behalf and personal things go on in your home keep there I mean we're the peace father I pray you bless 🙌 me out of this our find someone older
