This is a wonderful place if your in the mood for Italian. They have wonderful endless breadsticks that taste great. They have good food and lots of options. Their food can sometimes taste like it’s been out for a while. Their sauce is almost spicy but it’s ok. Their food is still great and staff are great here too. They have dietary restriction foods that are good for people who eat Gluten Free or vegan. They have Gluten Free noodles also. They have wonderful food and recommend this place.

Service was out standing, out waitress was polite and attentive. Food how ever has been pretty average the last few times ive been here. Chicken on the linguini alfredo was dry and bland, and the shrimp an calamari were rubbery. Salad is out of this world good however. Overall a nice restaurant, but the food has seemed to go down in quality recently.

Decided to have a Olive Garden lunch, found out that was a bad choice. Went in was seated right away, highlight of the meal was no waiting. Ordered my soda, it was flat with no bubbles, second one was just as flat so let's drink water. Placed our order, Chicken Parmigiana lunch portion. Salad, no pepper but as shown below the core of the lettuce made it into our salad, very unappetizing. Bread sticks were ordered but we were told twice they were out of them... finally came after we were done with the salad. At 45 minutes, I asked when "our" food would arrive as everyone around us who came in after had their food...and some of them had Chicken Parmigiana on their platters. At 55 minutes into being there our food finally appeared and those who came in after us had paid and were leaving...wish I could say it ended there. Our food was warm, not hot, and looked like it was thrown on the plate in a mad rush. We mentioned talking to manager but one never appeared. I asked for more marina to add to my food, after another 5 minutes I ate it and was looking for the bill to leave the place...and by this time both tables had been cleared, sanitized and new people were seated. This has to be one of the worst Olive Garden establishments in the chain. I paid my bill, left a tip for the server knowing it was the kitchen and managements fault. Two of the table that ate and left apologized for how our visit went as they were local and regular customers. Someone needs to make sure people pulling off US 127 are not treated like this ever again.

Not sure why the wait time was repeatedly “2 hours” when several tables were empty and they seated us about an hour after we called. Do they just not want customers? Not to mention the notification that our table was ready came with a “come in no later than five minutes” message. So was I supposed to wait in my car for “2 hours”? Kind of bizarre that they don’t take reservations on valentine’s day, one of the busiest restaurant holidays of the year.
