When I write this review please know that I am very grateful for all that all of you do for us. I went to get some food on Wed. I was standing in front of a lady with long black hair she got angry because I got some eggs. She got angry and stated don't get any if your not in front of me. Which I was. All I said was I am in front of you. She said in a angry voice no you were not and don't do that again. If you are going to volunteer your time be nice since you don't know what some people are going thru and don't need to be made to feel bad. Some of us are struggling with cancer, a loss of someone, finding out you have heart problems or just have no where to live. Please be nice if How you talk to people.

They never pic up there phone's, they never have cooked breakfasts, there food for the homeless is either expired or next to expire. And it's kinda cruel how they give the homeless canned food with no way of opening it like that's mean. Technically they have food they just can't open it. Plus there's never enough breakfast to feed everyone that comes in it's really sad.

Great place to find all kinds of goodies! They have great sale days at the thrift store! What the mission does for the community is fantastic!
Update September 2023:
The pantry has home cooked meals a few times a week. They are not vegetarian friendly but they use to be. Even when they have a couple of things that are such as rice, beans, veges, or salad there are two women that refuse to give it to you alone. If they walk away the others will. It sucks for the homeless that only get that there or can't cook wanting what may be the only hot or healthy meal of the week.
Larry and Bart are two of the best people working there.
The thrift store prices have gotten to high. Definitely shop sale days. Nancy is awesome though.
