It seems that the employees of this facility don't care much at all for the residents. They leave soiled materials in the room with the resident. It's unacceptable and seems to me that the less they do the more praised the employees are. My loved one is a resident there and it is so enraging to know and see the lack of compassion and attention the residents receive. In my personal opinion more than half these workers in this place need to go back to training or be trained properly. For how much is paid to this place from insurance companies and families, you would think the residents would be cared for alot better. There is no reason residents should be waiting to be checked on, or in desperate need of medical attention.

This is the best facility to take care of your loved ones. I can't say enough about the staff. They are caring, loving, go the extra mile for the residents and care about to make sure they are happy. I can sleep without worry knowing the care my brother is getting there. They keep me informed on any change in his health or even mood. And they offer so many activities for the residents. I love this facility and staff. 5 stars is not enough to describe this place and staff.
