Oakmont of Westpark has been a godsend for my parents. The support and care they receive is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. My mother has needed immediate attention more than once and they have responded within minutes. My parents eat all three meals in the dining room and are very happy with the food. They also receive house cleaning and laundry service. But most importantly they are safe and happy and well looked after. My family and I highly recommend Oakmont of Westpark!

So impressed with Oakmont Westpark. My 94 year old mother has been a resident for 6 months. The entire atmosphere is warm and kind. Staff is so amazing. The food is delicious and the dining room is beautiful. I used to feel afraid for my mom to leave her home and go to assisted living but not anymore. So many activities and genuinely kind staff. Amazing!

Mom lived at Oakmont for three years before she passed. Med techs, Jeanette and Ghenet , were outstanding and truly cared. LVNs, Lena and Lisa, were knowledgeable, committed and truly caring as well. I’m grateful mom had such lovely ladies to support and love her in her final years. All 4 were a Godsend for mom and her family as well.
5 stars would have been easy if the meals were more appetizing to the residents.

My mother has now been living at Oakmont of Westpark for 8 months. She is happy and healthy and enjoys all the experiences available to her there.
The staff is warm and welcoming to residents and guests, too.

My Mother lived here for a month before needing to go to the hospital for trouble breathing.

At the lease signing, we received the best customer service, and at her move-in staff were welcoming and warm.

Once we informed them that after her hospital stay she could not return because she required a higher level of care, customer service went down the drain. Administrative staff and management completely cut off communication… to the point where we still have no final invoice. We provided a 30-day notice in June. My mother is still responsible for paying for the room during that 30-day period even though she’s basically on hospice at the hospital.

I’ve have sent multiple emails to management requesting a final invoice to close out her account and still… nothing. I’d also like to note that upon move-in she was double charged for thousands of dollars. A ridiculous mistake on their end.

As we know… these places are a business first and caretakers last.

They have been so attentive to my grandmother's needs . She is very happy to be at a place with like minded people like her. She has really stepped out of her shell and participated in the endless activities and events they have. She tells me every time I visit her to come watch a game with her in the bar and longe they have. Very nice place and staff .
