I recently visited Oak Park Place Oak Creek and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and amenities provided at this retirement home. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. The residents seemed happy and well-cared for, and the activities and social events offered were engaging and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Oak Park Place Oak Creek to anyone looking for a top-notch retirement home for themselves or a loved one. Five stars!

Don't believe the 5 star reviews. They are no doubt fake. At night OPP told us that they have only 1 aid on staff per 24 residents. How does that qualify as excellent care in time of urgent need. Unfortunately, there is not a "zero stars" option. Having a family member, there is an ongoing struggle. There are a few staff members who are consistent, responsible and truly caring. These folks are so very much appreciated.
It's the continuous revolving door of inept staff that lack a work ethic, training, and personal responsibility, and kindness. Those staff members don't possess an essential quality for treating residents with human dignity and respect. These are examples what starts at the top. Residents pay thousands and thousands out of pocket. In return the residents receive mediocre care and support.
Once having been made aware that a resident needs help after soiling themselves and leaving them to sit in it for ANY amount of time is truly disgraceful and inhumane.
The website states that health and safety are a priority. These goals fall short when the care team has no character. There is a quote attributed to John Wooden, a famous basketball coach that goes, "a person's true character is revealed when they are not being observed and can act more freely."
This is particularly true during the night hours when discomfort or suffering goes unattended. Who is going to step up to do what is right. Health begins there.
Look beyond the appearance of a building and the decorations.
OPP website displays a statement by the founder Scott Frank's, ". . . building a company with a commitment to providing the level of services and care I would want my own family to receive" . . . Well, he must not have family Oak Park Place."

Upon our recent visit with our loved one, we were dismayed by the lack of attention and care needed to accommodate their needs. Your advertisement boasts of a 'comfortable environment', however the basic needs are overlooked. A hamper full of soiled clothing is unacceptable, and when clothing is washed, is it too much to ask for a little effort to put them away appropriately? We've had to fill in the duties here too frequently to be an oversight.

Our family member has gone without supervised showers for a week. When an individual soils their clothing and bedding, a shower and fresh clothing and bedding is mandatory. We took great care to choose this service, there are no excuses as to why the needs of our loved one isn't satisfied. If you are not staffed to handle the workload, please adjust accordingly.

Your advertisement states that you "work closely with family members to create a “deep dive” lifestyle profile for each resident." We have been reaching out to you on countless attempts which are left unanswered or our comments are deleted ! The "round-the-clock" support has fallen short! This is our loved one, we need your professional assistance and care that was promised to be fulfilled.

Oak Park place is an exceptional Assisted living residence. It is beautifully built and beautifully kept with comfortable and inviting areas to meet. Individual rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and warm. Plenty to do , plenty to see, plenty to enjoy!

I am looking for an assisted living place for my grandma and have been impressed so far with Oak Park Place. Avery from the sales team has been very responsive to my questions and all of the staff I interacted with seemed very friendly. I have toured a few facilities and I can tell the residents are actually happy here.

My mom has been at this facility for 3 years now, first in Assisted Living, and most recently in Memory Care. Throughout this time, we have gotten to know most of the staff. There were some initial changeovers of staff, but for the last year or 2, it's been pretty steady. Megan Wilson, the Director of Housing, is a true gem. It's key to have someone very competent and caring in this position, and she's it! She really knows my mom, as well as all the residents, personally. Their likes, dislikes, idiosyncrasies, etc. She's their friend, as well as their family. The Activities Director ... Ruth. Amazing woman, very kind, with great ideas. Elaine as well. Brenda ... thank you for making a standard meal list for my picky mom ... she's eating heartily and enjoying her food! Jon, the R.N. ... so capable, so responsive, seems to know EVERY resident and their medical needs! Families are welcomed when we visit ... caretakers are so helpful and accommodating ... thank you to Erika for her special attention and friendship with my mom! So glad we made the decision to make Oak Park mom's home!

My Mom moved here in October and absolutely loves it here! I cannot say enough good things about the staff.
From the management to nurses to caregivers and dietary. Each and everyone is top notch. Thank you for taking such great care of my Mom!
