If you're looking for a place to live and your 55 years or older this is a very nice mobile home park. Everybody keeps their spots super neat and decorated beautifully. You're right next to the town of Coarsegold which is a quaint little mountain town.

A family member moved here to this 55+ mobile home park. Units are stacked on top of eachother but the location is great, with plenty of amenities, and residents are friendly. There's a beautiful 1/3 mile walking path around the lake, as well as clean public facilities (pool, spa, club house). Plenty and easy visitor parking too. Easy golf cart and walking path too shops, coffee and vendors too. 30 minutes south to Fresno, 40 minutes north to Yosemite NP entrance. Also only 20 minutes to Bass Lake resort and 10 minutes to Casino.

This is a great place to live. Enjoyed many visits with my parents over the years. Very peaceful and if I was 55+ I'd choose this wonderful community to live in!!!!! 😉Grounds/ yards are perfectly kept and the maintenance is tip top. always pleasant. 100%

I've lived in Oak Creek for the past three years. I love it here! Beautiful environment, wonderful neighbors, great amenities, and walking distance to Coarsegold Village. It's like having a vacation home year round. So grateful to be here.

Comment to C Sterkel's review, and to residents at Oak Creek re Kim Brown former manager:
I don't live at Oak Creek, but I live in the 333 space Green River Village where Kim was our manager for 2 years prior to being hired by Sun Communities to manage Oak Creek. (Our park is not owned by Sun)
Kim had the same bullying and threats to our residents, untill we residents formed a petition with over 200 signatures, which was the icing on the complaint cake against Kim that got her fired!
We know exactly what you went through, be thankful she is gone!
Oak Creek looks beautiful! Hope you residents have a pleasant mgr now!

Stoped for gas and use the restroom
Gas prices were reasonable compared to others and the restroom was very clean and well stocked

This place sucks! They just got rid of Kim Brown, their last General Manager, who was verbally and physically confronting residents, with threats. And for any residents that defied Kim Brown's bullying, their sheds were "mysteriously" broken into, in the middle of the night! They shipped Kim off to a location in Texas, to terrorize those folks, and now, God only knows what nightmare of a Manager they're going to assign to take advantage of their position, once again. Many complaints to Sun Communities, and all complaints were ignored! There are BETTER places to live folks!
