No real help available, and they refuse to address support people (red flag) so they can more easily get away with treating vulnerable people terribly. They were very rude to my sister from the first phone call, hardly ever answered communication from her or me, and only ever texted her resources that were very low quality (had phone numbers out of service, multiple grievances against them). This service is a joke and clearly just a front to collect donations. If you are not actually helped by them, please report them to the attorney General of New York so they cannot continue running this scam.

The moment you get there fill the form as Domestic Violence and you get service but then end of the day they can't really help you at all. How are you able to help you when you need to? Do you have to live in Shelters first in order to get in?

Redundant, the Family Justice center it's just a title don't be fool they do not know or care about anything specially if your the Parent (Father), extremely bias waste of resources, I called in base on information given to me by 75Th precinct NYPD Officer from the DV unit, turns out according to the Family Justice center the Officer are given out misinformation, This organization from the mayor's office is a charade they only help a selected group.

Went in and from the moment I got there i was given the cold shoulder. Front desk didn’t seem to want to help. Met with case manager he was nice but also seemed like he wanted to push me out. I decided to seek legal advice elsewhere.

Oh MY God i'm so speechless about the help the give for domestic violence Alba and Emilly Grossman they are so helpfull specially Alba she listening to me carefully she motived to help me each time i need she deserve a higher position her and Emilly Grossman i love them so much they mean so much to me i recommended this place to go don't scare to go there the staff at the front are very helpfull they are awesome.Thank you so much for your help thanks a lot i will never forget that that's will be the memory of my whole life.Once again thanks a lot.
