I got the garlic rosemary chicken sausage it was awful. Tasted like cleaning fluid I really love cooking with rosemary so I'm very familiar with the flavor but I've never had anything I cook with rosemary taste like this I couldn't eat more than three small bites and then had to toss it. Pretty disappointed

I started buying their kielbasa and sausages a few years ago. They taste so much better than the national brands. And you don't have to worry about junk fillers or chemicals. This morning we had the Canadian bacon. So delicious!

We have been eating ncsmokehouse bacon for as long as it has been available at Hannaford's in Maine. Finally, an incredibly good organic bacon that has become a regular treat, although a bit pricey here.
Very disappointed with the thicker slices, however.
Makes for one or two less slices per package, takes longer to cook, and seems like getting less for the same $.
Please consider a "thick or thin" option in the same 1 lb. packaging.

I ordered a batch of your bacon and am enjoying it greatly. My wife likes her bacon very crispy, the way she had it growing up. I dutifully cooked a very crispy batch for Egga-muffins. She remarked that the bacon was good but no different than other bacon. I had to agree with her: all overcooked bacon pretty much is the same — overcooked. Today I made breakfast tacos and cooked the bacon how I like it (which is to say, cooked properly :), knowing that it being hidden inside the tortilla she would not be able to see it was not cooked super-crispy, It was fabulous. The tacos were enjoyed by all. All the flavors were intact and it was scrumptious. Good job NCSmokehouse!

I have purchased your bacon for years and absolutely love it. For the past four months or so I noticed that it is sliced so thin that I cant even take it apart to cook it. Not sure if someone new is working in that department or you feel you need to offer more slices.. but it is not working for me and until you resolve this issue I will not purchase it anymore. Which is sad. Please fix this issue.

Not getting into it too much, but my wife and I have been trying to be more conscious of how the animals we consume are treated, and if you do this pigs will likely be on the top of your list. Luckily we found North Country Smokehouse, it's stated on their products the animals they process are treated humanely, what we were looking for, but what we also got was what my wife and I considered to be the best bacon we've ever had, really. It was also at a reasonable price. I will definitely be going online to see what other smoked products they have to offer. Thank you North Country Smokehouse for doing it right!

I got the sampler and extra bacon . So far we have had the cheddar sausages, the kielbasa stlye sausages and tonight I'm making the smoked 1/2 ham. So far everything has been so wonderful. I'm a smoke meat person and this is excellent. Very happy.
