I had disappointing interaction with a particularly condescending employee as I was trying to simply turn in an envelope for my wife's daycare. Not happy with my experience there at all. UPDATE!!! That Rude Employee is no longer employed with NCO . Everyone else there is beyond respectful and responsible. So I updated my review

Went to this office for help with the VITA program and no body showed up for help. This office was listed on IRS.gov/VITA for tax help and the listings for days and times were wrong, misleading us and others who traveled from around the lake for their misleading help. = NO HELP.
