This past spring, my husband Mark and I adopted two kittens from the Noah Project, Max and Mittens, and we couldn’t be more grateful. From the moment we walked through their doors, it was clear how deeply the staff care about their animals.

Both kittens were incredibly well-adjusted and cared for, but little Mittens especially touched our hearts. She was frail when we first met her, but thanks to the love and dedication of the staff, she was nursed back to health and is now thriving. She’s full of life and love, a true testament to the compassion and hard work of the Noah Project team.

Max, on the other hand, has become the heart of our home. He has a natural sense of responsibility and love, always looking out for his sister and for us. He’s such a loyal little guy, keeping everyone in line and making sure we’re all okay. It’s like he instinctively knows when we need comfort or a little extra love.

Max and Mittens have been such a blessing in our lives. They’ve brought joy, comfort, and healing during tough times, especially helping me through my depression. These little angels—and the angels at the Noah Project who made their adoption possible—have truly made a difference in our lives.

If you’re looking for a place to adopt or support, we can’t recommend the Noah Project enough. They’re not just an animal shelter—they’re a beacon of hope for both animals and humans alike.

Thank you, Noah Project, for everything you.

We adopted our Kramer (formerly Conrad) from Noah's and we couldn't be happier! He's the absolute perfect fit for our family and just a really good puppy! Thank you Noah's!

Absolutely wonderful! Noah’s Project gave me my gorgeous Poppy a couple of years ago (known as Suzanne by NP). She’s a truly beloved member of our family & has become my husbands shadow everywhere he goes. I love that they actually do call your references & have you bring in any other dogs you own so they can observe the initial contact between the dogs to get a good idea of whether they’ll get along. They also continue to protect their animals even after adoption by requiring permission to check with your vet to be sure the animal is being properly cared for. Very professional & kind staff who clearly love the animals they save. As tough as it is to comprehend, I know my girls will eventually go to Rainbow Bridge & after they do, when we’re ready, we will absolutely be back to Noah’s Project to adopt another rescue. I HIGHLY recommend them & urge anyone thinking of adding a fur baby to their family to contact them for an appointment to meet the animals.

When we adopted our dog, Dirk, everyone was so friendly, happy, nice, and helpful! We appreciated the thorough paperwork and process because it showed how much they truly cared about the animals and not just finding them a home, but the right home. We were amazed at the care package they gave us when we took Dirk home -- a super nice bed, bowl, collar, leash, food, treats, a blanket, waste bags, and a bunch of toys! They definitely went above and beyond what we expected. They also called to follow up and see how Dirk was doing and asked us to send them updates as they love to see them living their happily ever after lives. Great people doing great things!

I was able to adopt an amazing little fluff. She has become my second shadow. Her personality and love of everyone and everything are a joy. Noah made this adoption possible. The dog

I had hoped to meet had been adopted before I arrived, and the staff asked if I would like to see her. Once it was clear that she and I would be a great pair, the process of finishing the adoption went very smoothly. I feel like they were careful and honest with prospective adopters. I knew what her health issues were before I brought her home. They shared their information so that her continuity of care was easy. They did their best to ensure that Penny's stay at the shelter was short and hopefully never to be repeated.

Best day ever getting to meet her and then bring her home.

Noah Project is great! They were super friendly and helpful when we adopted our cat. They also do a good job to ensure the cats are healthy and happy. Some of the other places we visited did not give us the same good feeling we got at Noah Project. Would definitely recommend them.

Just had a wonderful experience with Noah Project! We first went there to turn in our application and see a couple dogs we had since online. After seeing them we were going to go home and talk things over, they both had medical needs that we needed to consider. On the way out, Shelly asked if we would be interested in an older dog and told us about Mariah. When asked her size we were told she’s a ā€œfull figured gal.ā€ We were unsure as she was bigger (weight wise) than what we were looking for but thought it couldn’t hurt to meet her. She was billed as a ā€œchill cucumberā€ and really is. The kids fell in love, and she seemed too good to say no to. Shelly made note that we were interested and that she would let us know when our application was approved. Within a week we have a pick up appointment scheduled and we started off by fostering due to being heartworm positive. Yesterday, 3 weeks after picking her up and having completed her treatment, we officially adopted her! She has been a great addition to the family!
