The nurses and services here are very professional yet down to earth and joyful. These services include nurses, your own doctor, and a counselor of your own choosing if they are not full and available. One is no better than the other, just better suited for the individual. They find ways to work with you and help you no matter your situation. And most of all they genuinely care! They also have the tools to help you in your situation, including a big which is transportation and filling out paperwork, such as insurance, DHS, and so on. Whatever it takes to give you a new lease on life!! It's not impossible anymore, give yourself and your loved ones a chance with people you can trust that really care for your happiness and believe in what they are doing!

I have guest several times at my clinic in florida. Came here for a work trip for a month. Worst clinic I have ever been to. Can't even take the time to be aware of the snow storms and give appropriate take homes for people's safety.

Would not recommend, unfortunately there's only one other option in Gaylord to choose. They d nied my daughter going back there, after guest dosing then enrolling threw them. They best she was doing in a long time. I can't believe they would deny someone help regardless of the situation. They dont care. This place gets a lot of money from each client being there. Absolutely ridiculous. They are nice when you are doing what they want and paying everyday.not one worker here has had any addiction problem. Stay far away from this place. If possible!!!!!!

This place is absolutely amazing. They truly saved my life. I have been going here for a month now and doing great with my recovery. The nurses are out of this world wonderful, the Dr I see Dr. Wang is so great and he listens to what you gotta say and I absolutely love that in a Dr. And my counselor is totally amazing thank you Frank for being here for all of us especially me you are helping me in ways i never thought I'd find help with. Thank all of you for what you do for us all. You're very much appreciated and loved by me forever and always.

This clinic has saved so many lives! The workers are compassionate. But I will say they do not treat every patient the same. Some things I have heard from friends or in the lobby while other talk to nurses makes my heart break. We are all in recovery which means we're trying to be better. Shouldn't be so wrong to others. Don't we all deserve breaks no matter what's going on in our lives? No one knows the hardship others deal with mentally.

These guys are very helpful and care about your recovery. They make a point to know everyone's name and are non-judgmental and encouraging on a daily basis! I've been to a few clinics in another state and this is by far the best one. If you are addicted and want medication assisted treatment that actually focuses on your recovery, this is a great place to reach out for help.
