Claudia was a great help in finding a place to move my father which was closer to my home. She worked with me under a tight timeframe so he wouldn't have to make two moves, and she was helpful in suggesting questions I might ask when visiting possible living situations. She even met my father at rehab to assess his needs. She was very supportive and helpful during a very stressful time. I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know who finds their self in a similar situation.

I have been working with Marianne since late last year (2024) looking for care options for my father after he had a life-altering slip and fall (broken hip). Marianne was amazing. He kept in constant contact with our family and made visits to check in on my father. And she continues to check in with us now that my father has placed in a wonderful adult facility that Marianne found for us. I live 1200 miles away and I don't know what I would have done without her. I highly recommend!

Working with Next steps 4 seniors and Lynne was an amazing experience. It’s always a stressful time when you have a sick or declining family member. You want the best but don’t know where to start sometimes or are just caught up in helping them you cannot look into all the options. I was so excited to be introduced to Lynne. She helped us find the perfect local options to look into for my mom that could meet her needs. We realized after a hospital stay she could no longer return home. Next Step for seniors is not just for seniors , they are available for anybody who is in need of a safe living . Maryanne never says no when you ask for assistance to support seniors in need , even if it’s not in her scope of practice , she goes above and beyond to find the appropriate resource . Next Step for seniors are simply a group of staffs who carry God’s love in their actions . Love them .
