I have been coming here for 6 years for them to count my bottles and cans. They are always prompt, helpful, talkative and very quick. The people who work here take their time in counting so we get the correct amount of money and I know that because I also count in my head as they are counting. They are amazing people and very efficient. If they take their time, it is because they don't want to make a mistake or miscount a bottle or cans. If they take an hour to get to you because someone has 6 or 8 bags of bottles, it's because that person in front of you has a lot of bags with a lot of bottles and cans.

Learn some patience and respect for hard working people. Suck it up buttercup! 😀 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐; I give y'all 10 stars.

Waited in line close to an hour behind ONE customer. Several other people were forced to leave in that time as well. Not clean or remotely convenient. Nobody has an hour to wait for a few cans and bottles to be counted. Will not be bringing my business there again. Highly recommend going to pitsfield where you are greeted kindly and treated like a customer. In a timely manor.

Place has turned into a joke. Never open on the hours that are posted. Never count your bottles correctly. Always trying to short people.

This place stinks of old beer and cigarettes. The employees are the dredge of society who are the worst possible at customer service. I don’t think there is a HS diploma between all of them. Counting is not their strong suit. GO TO THE ONE IN PITTSFIELD.
