The process for administrating support to homeless people on the street has often been very limited while being in somewhat communication with the business. I wish I could have received more help from them.

Newcap is gross and like unfortunately I can not elaborate but just know they bend the knee and lick the boot. 2/10 garbo.

I’ve never had a more caring group of individuals then the ones I’ve met through my journey the last few years! Newcap staff is incredibly caring, and some of the biggest cheerleaders and advocates I’ve ever had!

Be prepared to face judgment. For the free spirits out there, this is not your place. Harmony is beautiful.

Read some of the other reviews. Newcap is not what it makes itself out to be. Sheisters. The whole lot.

I applied for WI help for homeowners in mid February. Immediately received an email from Newcap staff, Ros. Email states that someone from Newcap will call or email me, but that was the last communication I received. It's March 26th today, I double-checked my Neighborly app, to ensure I submitted every document that is required, read the entire manual to ensure I even qualify (which according to the manual provided by the state of WI, I do qualify to receive assistance), and still nothing. I'm a full time college student and really need the help right now. Just disappointing. I have really bad anxiety about this. Have a really bad feeling I'm getting denied, or I should have at least heard something by now, right?

My last name is Haskins now-google thinks it's still Herold. I have been homeless since May 2022. First stop was Newcap-Greenbay. Where after intake,my worker lied to her boss right in front of me. Called me "kind of homeless",said I slept on friends couches and mostly staid in motels. No help. Then no contact.Went back 2nd time and was met with "I see you've never been here before", because they didn't bother to even put me in the system A little background- I am disabled- broken neck in cycle accident caused chronic migraines &other chronic pain, bipolar, ptsd, ocd, generalized anxiety, night terrors, suffering from a broken left knee, both Achilles tendons ruptured and torn bicep
I was evicted because I let my friend of 35yrs- a disabled veteran and my blood brother stay with me because they lost their homes. I helped my brother get a place,he invited me to move in,I moved everything in,he changed the locks and phone number and stole everything I had. BUT I DO NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY HELP. Was told to call around and find a motel that took voucher and possibly,I could get a room for a few days. Asked who took voucher and was told you need to figure that out for yourself. Cuz I have time for games. But I did it.i called eve i told them about the voryplace i could find and it was no. Then i called her back. And i called and i called. No answer no return call. So i wnt there. And they said.i see youve never been here before...i

Was grateful about 7 years ago when newcap completely weatherized my house with insulation. Yesterday I had to go into my attic and discovered mold! Thanks for ventilating the roof...it helps if you don't block ALL paths of airflow that the vents were put in for to kepp moisture away. Created bigger problems!

The staff here are great and caring individuals. The organization is so diverse in the different number of areas in which they can help the communities that they serve. I strongly recommend them should you be in need this is the place to go to get help and they work in a timely fashion you don't have to wait forever like other places to get the help you need Thanks Cassandra and Taylor
