I made and apointment for looking for help for housing, but unfortunately in this place I didn’t feel welcome or help.
The woman that I had the apointment, didn’t even greater me, I felt like she is repeating the same sketch over and over that she doesn’t left room anymore for be empathetic or at least make you feel supporter. Her body language and her non face expression say it all.
She ask me “is your first time” which I replay a simple “yes”
The great help was she start filling the application and she will just give me copy of a rosters of low income apartment.
But they will smile and think that they did the best for their funding as a non-profit.

The receptionist in the front needs to be respectful to us clients and when we go there we go for you people can help us out the service is good but there is people who work there a very disrespectful there
