I think I initially chose New Beginnings for my classes because I heard they had a military discount. Over the course of the last year, I was never once disappointed with my decision. I learned many valuable anger management techniques, how to be introspective, and how to see things from other people's perspectives. Carlos, Lydia, and Robert are extremely kind, patient, and understanding of everyone's situations. Carlos really does his best to help you throughout the whole process and does an excellent job at making sure everyone feels welcome. Lydia does a great job at making sure you don't miss a class (she always sends out a text the day of your class), and will even help you to reschedule your class if you should miss. Robert has amazing presentation and will make sure that you never get bored even if the topics may be a little dry at times. I think constructive criticism is important however, so I will say this, wait never mind... there's absolutely nothing I can think of that could be criticized. Thank all of you guys so much for all that you've done for me.

When I tel you Ms Lydia and Carlos are exceptional at their job didn’t take long for the intake and I started my class the following weekend the months that I’ve been with this program I’ve learned so much about my confidence and building boundaries I truly believe that I will go far with the things I’ve learned in letting anyone know who needs a DV class or any program they provide I will extend the information Thankyou again you guys happy holidays

I did a year with New Beginnings a 52 week course and 12 week course and I’ve learned so much in both classes. They’re understanding, they have patience and listen to whatever you need to talk about and are very informative, also give great resources and very affordable classes . This is an outstanding support for families. The classes are amazing and truly helpful. Carlos and Lydia are the most heartwarming people you will ever meet. They are the best support system you will have, and give you the best advice you will ever need. I would recommend them to anyone for criminal and DCFS cases. Truly outstanding people and services.

Amazing, punctual and very flexible. You wont regret being apart of new beginnings. New beginnings has been there for me for the last 8 weeks. I cant believe it has been 8 weeks already. Honestly the best experience I ever had. Lydia and Carlos are both amazing and love their teaching skills. Most importantly the fact that you can relate and have that sense of truly understanding your problems is the best. Having someone go through What you experience and fulfilling answers that you thought you wouldn’t ever understand or get shows you can really learn from them. Totally recommend them.

Out of the many centers in the San Fernando Valley this has been the best experience I’ve had so far. The staff are all professional, organized, responsible, and kind. Especially Lydia.
