I continue to be impressed with the many services available through Neighborworks. When I originally became involved as a volunteer, I knew they provided housing and were very reputable within the community and beyond. I then learned about their collaboration with the Green Bay School District and The Bridges program (teaching high school students the construction industry, etc.) which is extremely impressive, as well as the work they do with other non-profits and city government and business entities. Hats off to Noel and his entire team for their dedication to solving housing challenges and building stronger communities!

I took the virtual course and it was very simple to navigate. Afterwards I had my 1 on 1 new home owners meeting with Carnardo Johnson it was a very good experience for me he answered all my questions and helped me on the right path as what to have in case of emergency moneys I should have saved for the unexpected events that will occur with my new home purchase 😀 I was taken by surprise when in the beginning I paid 125.00 and Afterwards I found out that the course was 500.00 and a 375.00 charge was added to my home loan not Carnardo Johnson fault at all my lender suggested the course and told me it would be around 200.00 but thankfully I was financially prepared for the unexpected. Carnardo Johnson I am glad I had an opportunity to work with you and very grateful for your help with my future. Thank you,

NeighborWorks staff was so great to work with! As a first-time buyer, they took the time to explain all the jargon to make sure I truly understood the process.
