I had positive interactions with all of the staff at NHSIE-CHARLIE. They provided the information and more importantly the support that I needed. In regards to negotiation with my bank, I didn’t need to continue and was fortunately able to bring my account current. However, my representative was ready to assist as needed.

If you are like me, a potential first-time homebuyer who has zero knowledge on the homebuying process and don't know where to start, here it is my friend!

The team in NHSIE will provide you all the essential information you need to confidently take the further steps toward your first home.

Charlie is such a great educator in regards to the homebuying process and had given me great insights when I participated on their online two-part homebuyer education class.

Have you been seeing a lot of homebuyer education classes being offered at $99 in the internet? This class with NHSIE did not cost me anything but my own time.

If you are a serious first-time homebuyer and wondering which first steps to take, do yourself a favor and look them up online, give them a call, and sign up for their FREE homebuyer education class.

Don't waste your time here. They have very poor communication skills and Carlos is terrible and a liar. He dosent make the effort to show you houses or make you feel like buying your new home important.

We were pre-approved but couldn't get the loan funded through them. Went to a different lender and was pre-approved, and they funded our loan, we closed today.

First time home buyers. See other lenders before coming here because we got a better deal than here and they were way more respectful and they communicated way better.

I did not appreciate being asked for my credit card information just to schedule an appointment. THEN to tell me to fill out the app before my appointment otherwise it'll be canceled.. even though I PAID for it. They will also charge for a credit check. AND I do not believe it is very professional to have someone who works there post a positive review on here as if pretending to be a customer. Seems very fake and highly unprofessional to me.
