During the Holidays I organized a food drive through my work to donate to the Neighborhood House Pantry. The whole process was incredibly easy and smooth. They were very helpful and welcoming when we dropped off the donations, and it felt great knowing the food was going directly to families in need. It’s clear they’re doing important work in the community, and I’ll definitely be supporting them again in the future. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to give back!

The staff at neighborhood house 1720 livernois in Rochester Hills was dismissive and ignored me, and one of them actually turned her back to me even while I was trying to ask for help. My church donates to foodbanks, but I won't be recommending that my church donate any food here. I wonder how she treats people who actually come for food

I go here once a month. The staff is extremely busy and friendly. I usually get what I ask for but sometimes they miss an item.
Other than that this is a really great food pantry for Rochester and Rochester Hills Michigan.

this place helps out people with a variety of things, whether it be vehicles or financial assistance or food or clothing or holiday help. We've been going for years and they are really sweet. They really helped out my family, especially during the holidays. I do get upset sometimes that restrictions seem to be more Henry than helpful. For example, like 100% of other places out there, they can't help you get a vehicle unless you already have a job. but if a person already had a job and a way to get there, they wouldn't need the vehicle. I understand why it is like this but it is upsetting that the people who already have means to help themselves get first in line over the people who need help more. I hope one day that they get a lot more funding. They have a big heart and really deserve it. They can help a lot of people and are one of the places who will do everything they can in every outlet and variety that they can. This is the kind of place that deserves big donations from people with a lot of money to waste

I helped collect/donate to RANH. Great organization & majority of proceeds directly benefit clients. Please check your expiration dates when donating and toiletry items are often in demand. One thing that could improve is the window that donations are accepted.

These people go so far out of their way to take care of the community that may be less fortunate. I wouldn't have been able to survive this last pandemic without this place and these wonderful people. God bless y'all.
