I have been calling almost once a month since last year. I have only been able to get a hold of someone once just to be put on a long hold and disconnected. When you try calling back the phone rings continuously. Person I talked to for 1 min. just presented me with maybes. I'm calling because I need answers. No use in emailing or calling supervisors or anyone at Family Services because no one responds.

Receptionist are not helpful.. There rude.. Seems like their just their for employment.. Instead suggesting some other resources, they just shut u down. Their not friendly. Uncomfortable environment.. Rude to Elderlies.. More training in clientale service..

Nobody returns phone calls or picks up their phone. Terrible terrible assistance. Someone needs to reorganize everything and stop hiring incompetent people.

Horrible. They only care about tearing children from their parents/family... & when it comes to the safety of adults & elders they don't care to help those in need. It's call department or FAMILY services for a reason... not department of children services.
