Went here looking for work for 7-Eleven. I stopped by one day to drop off my resume. Lady who was at the front desk buried from his rated me with a smile and set me up with the interview the next day at 10:00 in the morning. I was excited.
Now for my interview experience, totally different experience comes down on the whole experience 👇 Was Given a test question piece of paper front and back to be answered, it was about giving change back To customers THE exact change To be given. No, I don't know about everyone here reading this but I went to school and was taught exactly how to get back changed. Now I know the kids nowadays don't know diddly squat but I'm like I'm here to tell you all you had to do was look at me and my resume that mind you that I brought in the day before which wasn't even looked at by the way.
Test paper I was given was very confusing as far as how it was written out. I struggled with it. I believe they need to redo that test and make it a little easier to understand so you don't have to read it. 2. Three four times to figure out what the heck they're trying to ask of you..... Of course I passed but then I was brought back to a room and interviewed with some crazy test questions that I felt had really not much to do with being a checker at 7-Eleven for things like soda, pop and gas cigarettes, If the interview lady, which by the way wasn't very people orientated personal or friendly in my experience. If she would have taken the time to look at my resume she would have known by my job history that I could have handled the job. Well, long story short, I didn't get the job because we didn't hit it off and the questions were really in my opinion out there. Good luck if you're trying to get a job here

Franchisee staff are courteous and professional, very friendly and polite. Very fast turnaround and clear communications skills. And of course i have to give a shout out to 7-Eleven pizza, the slices are bigger now for the same price ($5 meal deal too) a genius executive move.
