I am just starting with this bank for an auto loan refinance. So far my experience has been extremely positive. My point of contact up until now is Cody Welding. He is very professional, honest, and straightforward about what MyPoint offers and how customers can qualify. I am so disappointed of the service over the phone. The customer service representatives do not try to help to resolve the issues.
They treated me like I was wrong and never felt that they care of the situation.
I do not live in San Diego county anymore,so I had to travel to San Diego to resolve any issues because trying to do it over the phone it was never possible.
It seems like instead of trying to resolve a problem, they look for more obstacles to get a to a satisfying conclusion.
No more My point Loma CU Bank and I will never recommend it to any of my family and friends.
I tried to close my accounts and they never did, thanks to that the bank started charging me overdraft fees and now my account is negative almost 100 dlls, I called them, email them to close it before this happened and nothing resolved.
I do not to give out names because I did complaint for the service before and they did nothing.
So sad.

Jennifer and Corie should be fired. Actually maybe Jennifer was since she is no longer employed with this bank. I have never in my life been treated so incredibly horrible by a bank or even a person. These two women do not have any customer service skills at all. They are unhelpful, rude, condescending, and couldn’t tell the truth to save their life. I definitely won’t be coming back to this bank and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Co-op shared branching with MyPoint has been a great experience, I’ve been going to this branch for a while now. I’m very happy and thankful they are near me, they are professional and efficient. Last time I was there I conducted all my transactions with Cody Welding. He was very friendly and fast. Thank you MyPoint Credit Union and also thank you Carlsbad branch staff.

Just open a business account. It seem like a good start for a small business. I've known Adriana B. for a while and also got to meet Carmen, Jennifer and other people from their team at this branch. It felt strange having all the attention and getting introduced to all the team just for being a new member! I felt welcomed. Wonderful customer service, they even got me some coffee and gave me some swag! I appreciate that.

Jennifer was so helpful today. I made an online transaction, and knew it was a mistake within minutes. I called card services and they were able to deactivate my card immediately and told me to go to the nearest branch to pick up a new card, I was so relieved. Because it's the weekend I couldn't start the report over the phone, but Jennifer was able to do it, on a Saturday WOO HOO!! She was so helpful, and I greatly appreciate her time and energy. Thank y'all so much, I love this bank.

Wow how nice this credit Union is. We moved to SoCA in 2019 but still have our bank (credit union) in LA. They gave me this location to deposit a check 1000+ miles away and the gentleman who helped me was so so nice. It was quick , efficient, and accurate. I checked my Louisiana bank online in the car and my deposit showed instantly. The check was too big to do mobile banking and I did not want to mail an endorsed check. So so pleased. Thank you MyPoint CU!!
