I have toured the inside when it was built and have visited multiple times for events. The zero-net-energy is pretty amazing. Solar and energy saving appliances are cool, but every apartment has its own usage meter so folks can track how they’re using energy! And it’s lovely, especially the community room mural. The community is close-knit and I’m so glad it exists.
