How many in Michigan are having their cases closed due to missed recertification that were not even aware of? IE no information sent to client. Any deal with the lady Keisha who literally told me she gets paid to answer the phone just to give folks a phone number. Asked for her supervisor and here I sit waiting. She told me I was not going to disrespect her when I called back after she hung up because she would NOT answer the simple question of whose number is she giving me. Not that difficult. DHS in Michigan needs to have all employees fired and new hired.

First to start off ibwas on hold for 3 hours to get a rude lady that just spoke over me the whole time then hung up on me literally making it so I couldn't finish my application witch results in my not getting my meds that keep me alive

Had a great case worker, got moved to a new one who doesn't keep up on anything! Also, I've not been given the correct information, and now last minute I'm scrambling to figure out what I'm going to do! Just not thrilled that my childcare might get cancelled and I need this assistance or I can't work!

I truly believe that I don't get the assistance I need because of my skin color. No help with my eviction when I applied and no help with housing now that I'm homeless with kids. I should have been on section 8 yrs ago but again not the right color

My parents had an appointment here and were told they needed to provide their own interpreter. I find it very sad that a state office does not have the tools their community needs. Not to mention, I was on the phone with them and could have easily interpreted over the phone, but this was not allowed either.

Went for blood work . Lady hit the line connecting the collection tubes to the needle in my arm ripping the needle out of my arm, ended up squirting blood all over the place….. Wow I seriously won’t be going back.
