Very frustrating experience. First of all, they charge quite a bit more than other places I've gone to prior, but a friend suggested this place so I went here anyway.
Then April 16th at about 4:00pm, I received a phone call from Mullins saying my returns were denied, and I needed to provide a new form before they closed, in order to process my return before the deadline. Practically zero notice, and the older woman I was speaking to was pretty disrespectful and showed little care for any of my concerns.
After dropping off all necessary forms and specifically requesting they call me when they fixed my taxes. They did not. So I called them, and their answer was "I will call you back when I find out." No call back. So I call back an hour later. "Yup, we're just finishing up your taxes, I'll give you a call once they're all finished." No call back. So I call again. No answer. Queue several phone calls asking for answers, and many unkept promises that they would call me back.
I am very disappointed in this company, and very frustrated that my taxes were put at risk because of their poor services.
