My mother-in- law has been a resident here for 9.5 years. It cost her a lot to buy-in to the place and then has a monthly fee. She is lucky to be able to afford the costs. However, Covid hit and the place went downhill. It has not recovered from this. Food is low quality and staff seems to have lost their way. Now she has gone to assisted living section and it is a disaster. They do not meet expectations of assisted living. She has had a number of medicals issues exacerbated by old age which required hospitalization. She just returned to her room today and the staff hasn't even checked on her bandages which are soaking wet. They don't have qualified staff! Med techs aren't trained to deal with these issues. Most people don't know that the Gardens lost $500,000 do to a hack and insurance only paid half. This might explain why they don't have proper staff! Don't move here!

Our family member may have to move from Independent Living to Assisted Living soon but that facility really needs an update. The common areas are dreary and outdated. Nothing cheery about it for those that really need a brighter environment. I have better things to say about the rest of the property but I’m not looking forward to him being in the “Lodge”. I hope there’s plans for a facelift soon.

What an exceptional facility! I believe they saved my father’s life by giving him the care he deserved. My dad is treated with respect and personal care. I feel welcome to visit anytime and I feel the staff values family visits and values. The food is fantastic and a reasonable price for visitors. Whenever I visit, I feel the facility really cares about the residents and for their employees as well.

Friendly residents, food delicious, staff in Magnolia Grove (the health center) are very caring with their residents. My only complaint is that they are understaffed and not always able to get to someone's call light as fast as they could if there were more CNA s there, especially on the weekend.

Very nice Senior living with friendly staff an clean facilities. I have moved a lot of seniors into Mt San Antonio Gardens and when I see them on my next visits they tell me how nice it is and how they enjoy it.

Great place for senior transitional living and care. Very expensive. However, the provide excellent living environments from independent living to assisted care. The staff are attentive, and it's a safe place.
