Barbara and the rest of the cleaning crew do an exceptional job at maintaining the center spotless. A wonderful place to workout, bring kids for some play time and even enjoy a nice Zumba class.

It's nice. We rent the "activities room" with the kitchen, folding tables and chairs. It does have a large screen tv with a multimedia setup(I've never used). You just have to supply a check when you reserve the room as a returnable deposit in case you destroy the place(I've never had mine used, I always get it back). If you plan to use Alcohol, Gambling, or fund raising for units/organizations than you'll need a commanders signature on the request paperwork(at least 3 days prior to date requested).

Looks great at a glance when introducing new renters but wifi is slow, gym is small and always hot, foosball table has no ball, ping pong table has no ball, arcade system doesn't work, TV's have no cable. This is supposed to be maintained as part of the rent but nothing is fixed. Playground is nicely sized and fenced in. The computer and printer are helpful.

Small but effective. Sometimes there is a machine (treadmill) that needs servicing but other than that its fine. I wish there were more treadmills because it can take a while until one becomes available. One thing that I thought would be nice, instead of facing the treadmills AWAY from the kid's play area, why not turn them around so you can keep an eye on your baby? Granted, there are mirrors but if you're like me, I'd rather just be able to face my kiddo!

As far as post housing goes, MVC does an excellent job at managing the houses and providing most things like minor repairs, major maintenance jobs, property beautification, pest control and providing safe playgrounds for family's. Managment there does a wonderful job, and the techs are very friendly and knowledgeable. Coming from personal experience, this is one of the nicer companies to deal with as far as on post military housing.
