I am very thankful for the amazing staff. My father receives amazing care, and everyone gives him the individual attention that he needs. I have been so excited about all the improvements over the past year with the new management company. The changes they have made have helped my father socially and physically. His quality of life has greatly improved since moving in.

I would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Mountain View Assisted Living for the smooth transition of my sister-in-law into their facility several months ago. I found everyone very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of activities offered everyday and the staff encourages resident participation. It was a great way for my sister-in-law to make friends and continue to develop her interests--whether it was exercising, singing along to old time favorites, joining a craft class, or just enjoying the Ice Cream Socials held every week. I especially appreciate how Mountain View includes families in many of their events. I have gone to a Valentine's Day Lunch, A Mother's Day Tea, a Classic Car Show-just to name a few. (Did I mention that the food is excellent?) The staff and CNAs work very hard to make sure every person is well-cared for and shown respect. I am grateful for all that they do and I would highly recommend Mountain View for your family member.

My initial dealings were with Jeannette, the Marketing Director. She went above and behind in being helpful. She allowed me to choose the room that was set up as a "model" for my loved one...which entailed them moving that furniture out so we could move in that room. She arranged for a zoom call with our loved one in a hospital 1 1/2 hrs away to conduct their assessment on her which sped up the process of getting her to Mt. View sooner. She even worked with me after hours on her own time processing the intake paperwork as the hospital was releasing our loved one and she could no longer live alone. She kept encouraging me saying, "We'll get this done together, don't worry." Two nights ago our loved one fell and Mt. View called me at 10 p.m. to inform me which I appreciated. All in all, a nice experience!

A great facility who staff cares about everyone that walks in the door. They held a car show to find raise donations for Alzheimer’s association this weekend. It was a fun time and great to see the residents and staff enjoying them selfs. Definitely recommend meeting with the staff as the marketing director Jeanette and all the other staff care so much about the community and all its residents.

Mountain View assisted living is full of super friendly staff and even friendlier residents! I stopped in during their classic car show this weekend run by their marketing director Jeannette and it was a great family friendly event that I hope to attend again next time they have it!

It’s a small community, but that I feel is a bonus. The campus itself is well maintained and has beautiful outdoor spots. They had a car show this past weekend, and the marketing director was out with everyone making by everyone feel welcome. The feel of this place is amazing! I would highly recommend that you check it out.
