Love this building. The building itself is beautiful on the inside. The new renovation is stunning. The only downside to it is there is no restroom area but in order to use the bathroom you have to ask for a key. Other than that, the building is gorgeous and the businesses in it are in plain view on the plaques on the walls. Too bad they don't have a wedding venue. The view from the building is nice and the basement could have a restaurant area.

Nice place, but needs maintenance. We went to help save them money, and they went with our idea but a different material. I never heard back after advising and Inspecting at no charge.

Parking is minimal, and the security is a little to much for a office building. It was clean, but not enough light, nor information regarding office locations.

A really cool older building of flint. Security is friendly
