I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Morrisons on Walworth Road, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. After filling my basket with shopping, I went to the self-service checkouts to pay, only to find that there were no bags available at any of the tills or nearby.

I left my items temporarily and started looking for a staff member to assist me. When I found one, I politely asked where I could find bags. To my shock, the staff member responded with complete indifference—he didn’t speak, gesture, or offer any meaningful help. Instead, he vaguely nodded his head toward an unclear direction where there were no bags in sight.

When I asked him again to show me where the bags were, he completely ignored me. Frustrated, I raised my voice to ensure he could hear me, but his dismissive attitude didn’t change. It was only when a woman from a nearby till noticed the situation that she tried to help, but even her attempt was ineffective as the bags weren’t where she pointed.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect and assistance when they ask for help, and Morrisons needs to ensure that staff are trained to provide basic customer service with professionalism and courtesy. This experience has made me seriously reconsider shopping here again.

Went shopping at this Morrisons this Friday of 2024 for the first Time First impressions of this place Unfortunately The staff working at the tills looks feed up and Depressed. No welcome feeling or interaction while checking out your items or just too throw a small conversation for example .to make you feel as though you’re having a nice shopping experience. Of Returning back to place .

I’m going to come there and have a talk with whoever is dealing with the Deliveroo orders. Right after I email the head office. Every single time I order the beef shin, you either cancel my order or cancel the product. What is wrong with you people. You think it’s normal to cancel like 5 orders. I will make time and see you soon in person. Do you have an issue with beef due to your religion? Get another job

This Morrisons is quite big where you can shop comfortably and things are cheaper than other supermarkets.
I bought a pack of cooked mussels in tomato sauces which only costed £1.5…
