First off I would love to say Thanks to my Director, Lorrie for giving me the opportunity to even work here , so let me start off by saying every place has they ups and down, good employee & the bad employees, but I can honestly say out of the 20+ years of me being a Caregiver. This is the BEST place I ever worked at, it’s going on 9 years now that I have been working at Moraine Ridge , few times I left but for some reason, I always found myself back here it’s home for me I love/like my co-workers and the Bond that the majority of us have here unbreakable. But like they say teamwork, make the dream work…. and the residents here are awesome also… but thanks for the opportunity. I’m glad to be a part of this team and if you’re looking for a job in this field or a senior community for a loved one, this is the place for you ❤️

Working here has been a great experience so far. The staff are welcoming, and the residents make it a joy to come to work each day.. Moraine Ridge also shows how much they appreciate their staff by having competitive pay and paying higher than other facilities. 😊

My daughter has lived at Moraine Ridge for several years. She loves it. Has made a lot of friends, enjoys all the activities, and loves the staff. She feels independent having her own apartment. We love that she can have this independence and know she is being well cared for in a secure setting.

Unorganized, horrible communication, understaffed at dangerous levels, little to no activities, horrible management. If your loved one cannot advocate for themselves, do not place them here. They would have nice staff from time to time but they don't stay long or they're run out by the management and other staff. Very sad as I heard it used to be a decent place many years ago. Also, many of the 5 star reviews are from their own staff and management, don't be fooled like we were.

Moraine ridge is a facility that you can trust to provide quality care for your loved one. Facility staff treats residents as they would their own family by providing person centered care. Everyone works together as a team on a daily basis which provides a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. Rooms are spacious and activities are scheduled daily and staff encourages participation. Moraine Ridge offers a strong sense of community for residents making it easy to establish and maintain friendships.

My great-grandma lived at Moraine at loved it. She was hesitant at first to the change but became a social butterfly enjoying all of the activities they had to offer. I now enjoy coming to Moraine with my dogs with Misfit Mutts Dog Rescue. We come once a month and the residents just love it and we love coming. The staff is super friendly and very caring to the residents needs.
