Have visited this lodge over the last twenty one years. It has never changed much, and I am totally okay with it. We came here yesterday to bid farewell to one of the lodge's highest members. He was my wife's stepfather, and he passed away recently. The 440 paid tribute to Gary's thirty three years of membership and service to the lodge. Members brought in dishes to pass, and the volunteer staff knocked it out of the park with a nicely set up dinner and beverages. (Special thanks to Dar!!) I hope that membership will stay strong there for years to come. It isn't just a glorified bar. They are a positive part of the local community, active in many charities in the area. God bless the members of Moose 440.
