The team at Monument Ridge Community Center is exceptionally courteous and supportive. Before my family and I arrived at Fort Drum, we required housing assistance, and they were instrumental throughout the process. They ensured we received everything we needed and verified that the house was free of problems. Additionally, they provided detailed information about various services, including trash collection, lawn maintenance, snow removal, gym access, and more. While I'm not familiar with other community centers on the base, Monument Ridge Community Center has been outstanding in my experience.

Lower enlisted homes are filled with mold! Had a ceiling cave in and the roof needed repair cause I could see outside! My son was constantly on steroids for asthma due to the mold. They didn’t fix anything at all. I’m not living there anymore and I’m glad to be away from that terrible place.

Pretty nice community home. Staff is always polite, and offer complimentary coffee and cookies. There is an indoor and out door playground for the kids, and a small gym. Also has an event room that can be reserved with a complete kitchen. Would be a good place to reserve for a kids birthday party with 20ish people.

If there was a option to give no stars I would have. I want to point out I’ve had nothing bad to say about the community until this point. I’ve scheduled for the community center to work on our garbage disposal and The workers entered my home while my wife was present in her clothes which she sleeps in. They claimed they knocked loud enough to get her attention (which our bed room is down the hall) our bedroom window was open and they were cutting the lawn outside, my wife heard a noise (which was the workers) and went to check it out. Luckily she placed a robe over her self before walking into two workers inside our house. They claimed it’s okay for them to do that because we signed for permission to enter for maintenance if no one is home, but that doesn’t make sense because of the fact that my wife was home. Complete violation of privacy. Also when addressing them about this innocent they did not care what’s so ever and was very rude. Obviously I was not happy about the situation so I was no longer able to keep my cool over the phone. Just absolutely absurd. I’m disgusted in the community and the way the handled everything.

We have had a great experience with Paula Weiss, helping us find a home. She always kept us informed as to what was going on and which houses were available.
Once we decided for a home/neighborhood MR representative have been nothing but helpful every time that I had called for an improvement (work order) utilizing the MR center, or any other question.

I would highly suggest any community other than this one . Do yourself the favor . When you leave this community staff from the office will tell you you are not responsible for some things but come move out inspection they change their mind . Example carpet was installed in 2016 . We left the home present time ( 2022) and we are being held for things that were never even shown to us because MR never did a showing for my family when we arrived . This community seems to operate very sneaky . There’s also a male who workers at the community that’s is very rude so be aware . I sadly will be making a very large ICE compliment on this community . Trust me when I say do not live here .

Good place to bring the kids during winter months. The workout room is small but has enough to get a good workout if there aren't too many people there.
