There is no activities in the camp, the place it's good for team building and not for retreat.

We were surrounded by beautiful redwoods. Our all church Retreat was wonderful! We had more than 65 people altogether. The whole weekend went well. Everyone enjoyed themselves!

I went here on a fieldtrip with my school. When it was time to eat I thought the food was gonna be gross. But actually the food was really good! Every meal we got I completely finished or at least tried to cause it was so good. I don't usually like lasagna, but the lasagna we had in the dinning hall was amazing. In the morning for lunch we had delicious turkey sandwiches (or at least I did). The cabins were very nice. The bunk beds were comfortable and the rooms were very spacious and organized. And the hikes were so cool, with great views. It was my first time camping and I definitely had so much fun. I went home early. But I’d love to come here again. (By the way, the staff was very kind and helpful).

Fresh air. Decent cabins but need to bring your own bed sheets and blankets. Some cabins have heater and some don't. Food was also decent, prepared with care. Some food items like turkey meat was too salty but most foods we're just right. Overall, my family had a good experience at Monte Toyon.

Make sure to pack your own sleeping bag, they don't provide linen.

The staff were very kind and easy to talk to. The rooms and showers were pretty standard. Their Hall is huge and can comfortably fit a 100 people.

The WiFi was really spotty and we had a difficult time using it the few times we needed it. No WiFi in the sleeping quarters. Absolutely no cellphone reception on the campsite. Make sure to download that local map on Google Maps before arriving incase you get lost like we did.

Chaperoned WOLF Camp here with my 5th grader and his class. Fabulous. Wonderful staff. Gorgeous location. I'd recommend staying in Cary Lodge if possible, that's got the best facilities and bathrooms inside the building.
