If I could take the one star away I most definitely would. I applied to heap for the air conditioning benefit and was approved. I am realizing I made a huge mistake in choosing mvcaa for the install. They have not been in touch with me at all. I recently did speak to someone who assured me a new request for service would be submitted and someone will "definitely" contact me. It has not happened. Best part of it all is they have to do is drop it off to me and I place an order to have the maintenance department install the unit. It's almost August. Hasn't my breathing, and i as well personally, suffered enough?

Very disappointed with the lack of communication when posters and flyers are released to the public. The staff was kind and courteous though..
