This facility is incredible and I’m glad to call it my home gym. I use the weight lifting room, cardio equipment, and indoor/outdoor pool regularly.

The strength training equipment is abundant and evenly spaced with plenty of squat racks, machines, and floor space to accommodate varying crowds.

The cardio room was just recently updated and all the equipment is so nice to use! I’ve been loving the new treadmills.

The indoor pool is often being used for programs. The outdoor pool is the perfect temperature with a great view of the surrounding palms and lounge chairs for a comfortable and luxurious swim experience. I really love and appreciate the Masters Swim program here too.

Overall, this is an amazing resource for anyone of any fitness level or interest and my favorite Y location in SD!

Nice staff and good equipment. As this is now my normal gym and In comparison to Copley the community here is less tight knit. Also I think we should be able to vote on the next new gym equipment.

I’ve always enjoyed all YMCA locations, but I had to take a moment to thank Jordan Van Norman (I hope I’m spelling his last name correctly!). He went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with a purchase I made for private swimming lessons. His professionalism and genuine care made the process seamless. I’m truly grateful for his help—thank you, Jordan, for such a great experience!

Great gym ir should I say fitness centre
There are approximately more than 15 swimming lines one indoor pool and another outdoor pool, an indoor basket field, two big group classes, a cardio room, stretching room, weight room, a spinning room.
You yes you can entertain yourself in here and they have really affordable prices too.
I tried the free 2 days per year the they offer and I fell in love with it.
There are two parking lots too

One of the employees named Kasey was extremely rude when I asked if I could use my student ID to sign the waiver for a guest pass. It was unprovoked and I really have no idea why he was so upset. I guess you need a driver’s license or something like that to go in, but I had never been to the Y before and he made me feel like an idiot for even trying my student ID.

Visited this location while here on vacation. It’s a really nice gym, was very busy but still lots of equipment available. It’s mainly due to summer camp. They have many amenities to use including two pools. Clean gym and nice area.

I was quietly doing yoga on my own mat with headphones on when I was interrupted by a staff member saying closed toe shoes were required....even while doing yoga on a mat!!!
