BEST wedding catering EVER! We can't thank everyone with Minzo's enough. We had tons of people tell us that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. All of the employees were amazing to work with leading up to the wedding, excellent service day of the wedding, and the food was exactly what we expected based on the tasting. To top it all off they were great with pricing. We would recommend them to everyone looking for great catering and great bbq!

I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! They catered my wedding in June and everything was fantastic! The food was amazing and there were a ton of leftover that they gave to us. Great food and great people, so happy with everything!

Minzo's catered our wedding this June and our guests had nothing but RAVE reviews. All night long and several weeks after, guests told us how amazing the food was (especially the brisket!!). As the bride & groom, we had an awesome experience with Spencer and Bob throughout the whole planning process. The food was phenomenal during the tasting and they helped us curate the menu from start to finish. We've been to several weddings in which the couple loved the food at their tasting, but on the day of - considering the mass quantity - it didn't deliver the same quality. This was NOT the case with Minzo's. The entire 150 person quantity was cooked PERFECTLY. Thanks Minzo's for making our day so delicious!!!

Minzo’s Kitchen is 100% AMAZING!!! 5 STAR ***** in every category. We’ve been all over the world practically, Paris, Germany, London, South America and eaten at many expensive restaurants and dealt with numerous vendors thru the years and I can honestly tell you we have not had a better experience or tasted a better meal, than Minzo’s Kitchen. That’s the crazy truth. The food was incredible for our daughter’s wedding. We wanted a classy fun experience with great casual/comfort food that everyone would enjoy, with generous portions and set out fancy for the occasion. Minzo’s did ALL that and MORE. They had the high quality stainless steel chafers for us and went above and beyond by setting out all the cheese/veggie/fruit trays too! I mean they even spread out the crackers like neat dominos (I notice the details). Maybe we’re just special, but I think they’d do whatever they could to make you happy). Every communication and interaction was positive & professional. These guys like to have fun and when you smell that barbecued chicken and brisket, I tell you, it’s incredible-you can’t wait to eat! Nothing better than good fun, happy people, good weather & music, a cold drink in your hand & smelling that barbecue in anticipation of having a huge plate of the best food! It’s been months since the wedding and guests are still telling us it was the BEST wedding food they ever had. I agree. You can trust these guys. If you want a great party, hire Minzo’s Kitchen to do the food.

Minzo's did an excellent job catering our employee appreciation luncheon. Everything was amazing, brisket, chicken, calico baked beans, cheesy potatoes and coleslaw. Cannot wait to have him again and try more of his menu options.

Minzo's catered our son's graduation party and did a great job serving about 150 people. The barbeque pork and chicken drummies with all the fixings were great. From set up to clean up we were very happy with his service. Very easy to work with.
