I've had multiple issues in the past with an incredibly rude & unprofessional receptionist when I called for help with an issue I was having. However the care staff/volunteers take good care of the animals. The woman that helped my daughter & I when we came to adopt our new baby Olly, was very kind & helpful. You can tell she really cares for the cats and takes care of them well. We love our Olly and he's very happy in his new forever home with us.

I adopted my cat 2 years ago he is a wonderful cat kills spiders good companion. Animals are worth their dollar amount. They can be trained to press phone buttons in an emergency or a life alert button, some large dogs can bring a bottle of water or a mobile or cell phone to their owner, all pets bring companionship. You can give kindness to a creature no other human wants by giving good food and clean water a bed to sleep on vaccines veterinary care when ill. Room temperature olive oil to eyes, and ears, ears cleaned with a paper towel or soft cloth. Claws cut when they are too long saves them from claw and paw injury. Animals as well as people are from many places and have had many experiences that are not the same, understanding and gentleness after a pet is adopted. Much understanding and caring go a long way. M.A.D.A.C.C. has cat and dog licenses available on their internet site if you live in Milwaukee county.

I adopted my little diva Cinnamon from here and I would highly recommend it because there are a lot of cute animals that need good homes.

They are doing incredible things for our community. I was happy to help foster some of their kittens recently. I have also adopted some pets of my own from here and I highly recommend getting 2 kittens at once. Great caring staff as well!

I love the animals that are there, but I don't like some of the staff. They are very rude, just because you get excited about an animal or get overly excited, because you didn't get the animal you wanted, Doesn't give the staff the right to treat you to bad or say in a rude way, let them get a word in, just because I was overly excited. Yes, I know they need to get a word in, but it's the way they say things that are rude. So I would suggest that the staff be a little bit nicer.

We went there to "look" at kittens. We came home with a sweet little brown tiger strip tabby. The staff was very nice and helpful.

We went back and got a second kitten about a month later. We had a great experience with the kitties and staff again.

I appreciate that this facility took care of my cat when I brought him in from the street to be scanned for a microchip. I ultimately could have avoided keeping him on that stray hold for a few days because he did end up getting sick but it’s nothing that the antibiotics couldn’t take care of. They still offer low cost care and the neutering was also free as were the immunizations. Poor kitty definitely was dumped outside and has been through quite a bit of stress and changes as well as getting fixed at age 3 (his approximate age). I ultimately ended up falling in love with him and since nobody claimed him and he had no microchip or collar, I adopted him without hesitation. My advice to the facility, would be to employ better front desk staff. They lack professionalism and aren’t that friendly. Hire people who actually care and are passionate about helping others, helping animals and have good people skills.

Went there with my mom to put down her cat. The blond lady at the front desk with tattoos was not very friendly or compassionate. The two other workers were wonderful, even a couple in the waiting area gave her a hug. Also for some unknown reason they wouldn’t let her go back with her cat while they put her down. No reason at all, just kept repeating it was policy. What policy no one knows.
