They're fine until a mistakes made, they do not like it when you point it out. I am autistic and have a rather see it say it sorta way about me, I really meant no harm. Oh but they do NOT care. They will go out of the way to then tamper with applications say you're denied for missing forms that you're not actually missing. I've been without insurance for 2 months. I'm in the process of compiling calls, documents like the ones below, and obtaining legal help just to get this straightened out. I added my denial from the 27th and the form they're "missing" and said form uploaded to show there's no shame in my game. Maybe more awareness and exposure could grant some much needed changes to their vindictive employees.

They keep fudging the numbers on my papers whenever they mail me things, even though I repeatedly expained certain things to them, and when I try to contact them about it to correct the issue, I'm placed on a callback list, and it takes them forever to get back with me. I get that they might be busy, but this has happened multiple times. Honestly hate having to call them, and if I could handle everything with them in person, I'd prefer to do that.

Went to tell them their system keeps messing up they told me my problem is because I use mybridges I need to check my mail but my problem was that I would do what was asked and their system keeps saying I don't so i lose benefits or keep having to renew them. Instead of hearing me explain my problem they took it upon themselves to tell me what my problem is. Only reason I brought it to their attention is I had a similar problem in flint that the flint office fixed with no complaints. Definitely thought they'd handle things better. Worst service I've received ever.

I very clean place staff is very friendly my friend works there and she's a great person I took a friend there she wanted to work for a minute that I need to care because of my cancer but I'm able to do everything so far on my own

The people there are so rude, I swear all they care about is their pay check! They messed up my paper work, and instead of fixing it, they just spun me, and told me it's my problem even though they are the ones that made the mistake!

Only because when people have a debilitating disease that will never get better only worse they cut them off insurance because he makes like 400.00 more qualifications are 1200 so if u get disability your screwed...

I have always had amazing service and help from this agency, but this change in their online site is horrendous!!! Had a problem signing on, then it’s not working half the time, doesn’t show my benefits, the old system was harder to fill out, but it worked so much better in every other aspect!

You must have an appointment to get in and I love it! So fast and incredibly efficient. To renew my license took a total of 10 minutes
