So I came over here to mia Friday the 13th for a procedure for my wife at Mia Aesthetics spend thousands of dollars to come over here to get something done for my wife. It's going to be a 3 hour operation. They tell me to leave the building or go in my car. Because there's nowhere for you to sit. A waiting area is clearly open no one is waiting being rude and shitty.The lady in the front desk is rude as and needs to get a class on custoer service . If she doesn't like her job, she should find another one once again.Poor customer service poor attitude WE won't come back poor customer service they get you in act all nice but they just want the money.I will fly or drive anywhere else.Rather than coming back here.Poor service..Now I wonder how the service will be

Dr. Phi is amazing. The whole team was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process from start to finish. They are very personable and make you feel comfortable and safe. I Can say that I am very happy with my results and I’m only 3 months post op. Surgery has risks and it can be scary but they will hold your hand through the whole process which is so important. The first few days after surgery were the toughest but the team constantly checked up on me whether it was calls or txts. The doctor will meet with you multiple times after surgery all the way up to a year just to check on your healing. I’m very grateful to have had Dr. Phi work with me and definitely recommend him and his team. If you are looking for a doctor who’s going to make sure you are safe and give you a more natural look, he is the best choice. Thank you to the whole team.

The MIA plastic surgery team is the best! I would highly recommend if you are looking to do any cosmetic surgery. They have been there for me every step of the way. From consultation to surgery to checkups they have gone above and beyond expectations. Dr. Nguyen is highly professional and very comforting with anything you are deciding to have done. I am so happy with my results and will definitely be back if I decide to have any other procedures done!

Terrible experience
I did liposuction with fat implant to the hip dip ,and I wish time reward for just a little ,I won't do that to myself,I paid $18k cash (my whole saving ) and I didn't get the result I want ,it's not EVEN CLOSE to my expectation ,it's almost two months and my belly still big as before, and my hip dip still the same.because the fat been
injected above hip dip ,my whole procedure is mess and I felt like I wasted my whole.saving for nothing .

The staff is amazing, especially Amber! Dr.Phi made me feel so comfortable and, they made sure I was confident in my decision prior to my Breast Augmentation. Deciding on a size was very difficult for me because I wanted to make sure it was the right choice and I love that they were there for me 100% of the way. I absolutely love my new look and am beyond happy with my results. Dr. Phi is truly an artist. I’m so thankful we chose him for my procedure and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

We would highly recommend MIA Plastic Surgery if you are considering any kind of cosmetic work. Dr Nguyen and his entire staff are extremely professional, took their time to get us 100% comfortable, and have consistently exceeded our expectations. My wife is happier than I could have imagined with the results and I can not thank MIA enough for this amazing gift. The MIA Plastic Surgery team is like no other, from the consults to 4 months after surgery, Dr. Nguyen and his team have been there for me every step of the way. I remember surgery day, Dr. Nguyen came in to check on how I was feeling before surgery, we talked and he didn’t leave until I was comfortable. He made me feel so safe and truly cared for. His office manager, Liv and receptionist Autumn called me days before the surgery letting me know how excited they were for me and ensured me that they would be there every step of the way. After my surgery, Dr. Nguyen and his team has been there for me everyday. They answer all my calls, and even answer my late night questions……they never hesitate, and that’s what I love about them. They have become family to me. If you are looking for quality, professionalism, a clean environment, follow-up, people to walk through this process so you don’t feel alone…..MIA Plastic Surgery Houston is the place! I honestly do not have anything, negative to say. The quality of work (which I am so happy and impressed with my tummy tuck, Lipo 360, arm/underarm Lipo) and the way they care speaks for itself.
