here we go again, Thanksgiving weekend and the boilers are down for the third time, ive lived here 12 plus years, Ive been flooded out of apartment twice not due to my causing it, threaten with Bodily Harm from a Convicted Rapist a desk clerk here at Mercy, Ive been threatened by this same person that they will have my car towed for parking in a loading zone when in fact it was another vehicle belonging to someone else, this is a bit out of touch with what a Safe Housing is suppose to be like. Ive tried Contacting Jacquie Hoffman Vice President about these concerns to no avail, also the Property Manager of our Building and as far as the Desk clerk situation we had a sit down about it and she assured my family and I that this was not tolerated and would be handled when in fact it was not, he, the desk clerk was sent on vacation for a week and that was that. Back to the Boilers, replaced three times, this last time was only , if im correct was only months ago, Whats happening with our Maintenance Program, this guy use to be on point in all he did here in the Building, what happened, same with the Management here at Mercy, weve been threw i believe 4 since ive lived here some 12 yrs plus , and out of all them the first was the Best [Margo] that lady was sharp in all aspects of the building and residents here at Mercy, Can Not say that about the rest they have there own agenda and its not about us!!!

I live in a senior apartment building operated by Mercy Housing. Lots of maintenance problems, it's like living in a sweat box. Very hot inside. No outside air coming into the apartment building. Mercy Housing management is killing us seniors. I've lived in this apartment building for two years and aged twenty. Too much stress. Mercy Housing management are nothing but slum lords who don't care about their tenants. If you're thinking about moving into a senior apartment building, I hope you have good life insurance. Needs improvement have been on a waiting list more than 5 yrs for different locations. No more waiting list. Called, looked up other housing on the listing all have waiting list or no longer accepting applicants. There listing is not updated and all locations are closed for mercy housing. My family and I need affordable housing we have been bouncing from place to place. Is there really help from Mercy housing? Is it limited?
