Whether I’m coming in to work alongside with the staff at Pacifica Menifee, or coming to make visits, they never cease to amaze me. All the staff there is friendly and make sure to go out of their way to say hi and greet you whenever you pass by. They have great communication skills amongst each other as well as with partners they work with in the every day. I mainly get to deal with Rachelle the resident service Director and I am always impressed. She always answers my phone calls and make sure to take time out of her day to speak with me, even when I show up in person. She has a good team of caregivers underneath her and seems like she leads them correctly. As a partner in the community healthcare, I like when I get to work with her because I know things will get done the right and ethical way! I’m always happy to work alongside you guys and look forward to much more teamwork in the future. Thank you again for all you do for the community!!

My father is 82 yrs old and has been living at Pacifica Sr. Living / Menifee (Memory Care) for just over 1 yr. It truly has been a magical experience with the staff and living conditions, as a whole. We visited/interviewed 5 other Sr. living facilities in the San Diego and Riverside areas and nothing comes close to this one, at a price-point we could afford (prayers answered)!. We showed up unannounced for a quick tour and we witnessed the staff in a cheerful, positive attitude and moral and the residents in that same mood as well. My wife and I were pleasantly shocked at this, as all other facilities we visited were very low moral and just felt gloomy and hopeless. Pacifica Sr. Living / Menifee (Memory Care) is an amazing place with even more amazing staff. I am lucky enough to live within 30 min. and visit my Dad once or twice a wk. no matter what time I show up unannounced, the vibe is always the same, that of hope from a staff that TRULY loves my loved one. Thank you so much to all that you do from the bottom of our hearts: Rayna, Brenda, Rieley, Meghan, Jessica, Eddy, Carry, Ashley, Josie (hope you’re feeling better), Chantel, Kricket, Tara, Alex, Lonnie, Abby, Claudine, and Mr Rance. Absolutely love our Pacifica fam bam. I currently work at Pacifica as the Activities Director & really enjoy coming into my place of work. Our Activities team always here to make sure your having a great time & living your best lives. The Resident’s here are so warm & welcoming to everyone that walks through the doors. I feel like I’m with my family at my second home. We have great times together with all the activities going on during the day. Always sure to have a great time on our outings with our Transportation Coordinator who goes above and beyond. Meals prepared for you each & everyday with a nice Dining Experience with our friendly Servers & our Housekeeping & Maintenance team are amazing & our Care-Staff & Med- Techs will surly take good care of you. Come see for yourself. You will not be disappointed. Our Sales & Marketing team love to answer any questions or concerns you have.

The caregivers take a while to answer the calls when a resident needs help. The staff appear very nice but it's all a act when no body is around they are rude and leave residents laying in there own urine the residents get things stolen all of the time warning if you move your family into this place install camera to watch them.

The move was seamless and was able to happen quickly. Everyone I needed to deal with to get my Dad moved in was very friendly and helpful. This facility has a great feel right when you walk in.

I’ve had nothing but positive interactions with all of their staff. Food and activities are great. I also see residents always smiling when I walk around.
