All of the staff took such good care of My Aunt… they are all very invested in caring for your loved one. Everyone was so supportive, kind and really cared about making her comfortable while she was there and were very loving and respectful in her last hours

The staff is outstanding and very nice! I do not care for the smell in the building and it's not very warm and inviting but you can't except much when it's an old school. The care the residents get by the staff is above and beyond. As long as my dad is getting the care he needs, which he totally is, thats all I care about.

I was greeted, and shown how to formally check in according to health standards. I was impressed with this new policy. On my second visit, I was greeted by the hospitality director. We had a wonderful visit, and he asked who I was visiting. I enjoyed this personal touch.

Medilodge has been a blessing to my dad! He wasn't able to stay in his house any longer and I know he is safe and cared for there. Bonnie in the office is so sweet and everyone has been helpful. It is near my house, so we can visit him. Thank you medilodge and staff! Kristin

Medilodge is a super professional place for recovery and extended stay. I have an elder there and have watch him recover over many months from a drastic initial state after being released from hospital care. The office staff, medical providers, social worker and even the facility manager are all top notch. Thank you Medilodge for being a place above and beyond the state offerings.

Medilodge staff is truly wonderful. I can’t say enough about their helpfulness. As a caregiver, you just have to be involved, of course. My Dad is happy so I’m ok knowing all his medical needs are being met. It’s a huge relief.

For the most part it was fine. However, half of the staff didn't treat you very well. Some of the nurses and the Administrator yelled at you for either no reason or because you would stand up for your rights. I was formally in three different forms of Law enforcement, therefore I didn't do anything without looking it up first in the Law books. Thy really got mad when I wanted to put cameras in my room to prove what I was saying. Some of the nurses and the administrator said that I couldn't when from Federal Law to State Law said that I could. Then they tried to say that I was delusional so that nobody would believe me. However, Pathways (the States mental Health professionals) stated twice that I wasn't delusional at all. One nurse was late giving out morning medication two weeks in a row. When I asked her about it she just thought that I wanted my medication first. That wasn't what I was getting at. What I was referring to was that I got 900 milligrams of gabapentin three times a day and she was late on the morning meds so I was getting 900 milligrams at noon ( instead of at 7:00a.m. as usual) then, I was getting another 900 milligrams at 1:00 p.m. That's 1800 milligrams in an hour instead of 4 hours apart. Lastly after I left,to further cover their tracks, they told people that I had said things that weren't true about them. I'm willing to take a polygraph. I wonder if they are.
