Very nice facility. Gives a lot of information for the residents and family. Very up front about details. Saw a large number of staff assisting residents. I like that they are not afraid of technology to help keep the facility up to date. Check in was easy. They even have birds and fish for the residents?

My mom got placed here and had to spend 2 nights there. I fought to get her out as soon as possible. They did not have her medication. They threw her belongings on her bed and left her alone. She had hip surgery and was restricted from moving. She did not have a nurse call button. She was told she needed her own walker before she could use the bathroom. At 9:00 on Sunday evening we had to scramble to get her a Walker there. They forgot her breakfast. She had no remote control and her tv was half covered. Do not send a loved one there please.

The caregivers are all excellent. My husband is so calm with them. They make sure he has everything he needs. They treat us both with dignity. Thankfully. God bless...Lori Gardner and Chuck

The reason for the 3 star is due to the pissy smell. They really need to get rid of the carpets in the hallways. The residents and staff should not have to breath in that smell.
The staff is great and works hard with their patients lots of 1 on 1.

Everyone was very nice and pleasant. Injoyed meet some of the staff. Great place to have a family member there I would recommend them .if they have a family member who need rehabilitation .seem to be the best place for a family member to go for rehab. Thank you for caring for my husband.

Admission day went smoothly. Patient was assessed right away and caregiver was answered all of her questions. It felt like the staff was waiting and was ready for us at our arrival. I left feeling like he will be cared for the many hours he won't be doing therapy and I'm not there to keep an eye on him.
