We needed 24 hr care for my Mom. Hospice mixed things up and Meadows Ridge was not expecting us. They were awesome, told me not to worry about anything. Mom was set up in a room and they took awesome care of her. I especially loved Rita. After mom passed Rita saw me at the door checking in and came and gave me a hug. Mom was only there 2 days. Everyone was great!!

Shouldn't get any Stars!!! Took my dad here to get care, "Staff" seemed nice. First day my dad fell refused to put bed rails for his safety. Can't even handle a patient, would rather call police 🙄. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

My dad was not even there for 48hrs, first day he falls off the bed, when we told them he gets restless. My dad has meningitis, his mental state of mind isn't good. Second day he didn't corporate taking his meds, he was restless and not himself, so they call the police instead of the family. It's really sad the lack of care some places give. No communication at all. Saying they got him!! They don't got shit!!! Worthless workers. If you love your loved ones please don't take them there.

Meadows Ridge is a smaller facility the at makes you feel right at home. The staff is all new, they are welcoming and caring. The cleanliness of the facility surprised me as well, it does not ever smell bad from when you walk in to the building, through the whole facility.

Their service is wonderful so far I had an unlucky injury and is here for 90 days the employees are the best ever so far they have treated me with the best respect ever I have no complaints yet.

This place has a new name, it was previously Western Healthcare center. That's what these dumps usually do when they get many complaints, violations, they change their name. I was contacted by a gal named Samantha, who works with case managers at hospitals when they are seeking SNF for patients. After I spoke at length with her describing what my sister has been through, she assured me that Meadows Ridge would be a great fit for her. After one day, I arrived to find her room messy, spilled drink on the floor. My sister did not have a waffle pad mattress topper and laying on the regular hard mattress. I asked her where is the call light, it was behind her bed on the wall. She has hand contractures and can't use her hands. I immediately went out to find someone to come in a help get her needs met. I told the RN that I was extremely unhappy with the condition of my sister in just ONE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I informed the RN that I wanted to make an appointment to sit down face-to-face with the heads of the departments to give them history in my sister. The next morning I called the facility from 7:44am to 8:08am and no answer. I texted and left voice messages to Samantha and her supervisor Jose Speede explaining my frustration on the lack of care and no one answering the phone. After several texts and calls to Jose, I explained that I wanted a face to face, not a phone call. At 10:0am he informed me that someone from the SNF would contact me, two hours went by and still no call. I texted Jose Speede letting him know that no one has contacted me and he again had to contact someone there. I received a call from I believe her name is Jessica, I told her that I wanted to sit down with appropriate departments and find out their plan of care for my sister. She told me that the staff was there now and we could talk over the phone, I told her that I wanted a sit down and she said it could not happen until Friday, two days later. I told her ok, I will talk to them over the phone, but I could tell she had an attitude, I asked them to introduce themselves to me and what their title was. Jessica said to me that I seem very hostile, I told her what I had gone thru since early am trying to get someone to answer the phone and get someone to respond to me. Jessica said that she was going to hang up due to me being hostile, I immediately text Jose and told him what had happened. He called her back and she said that they will only deal with my brother and that I am too hostile and if I came there and started anything, she will call the "COPS" on me. I told Jose, that I would back out and let my brother handle everything but I also said that it was a major mistake to send my sister to this place. I did not have a good impression after one day and it has gone down hill from there. My sister was on isolation until July 5th due to C-diff and is still in the same room. I asked her if she has had any physical or occupational therapy and she said no. The have her on a puree diet and she feels she will die there because its terrible. My sister called me today, 7-9-24 and I heard a nurse come in and tell my sister that the wound nurse was there checking on her pressure sore on her tailbone!!! She did not have a pressure sore when she arrived there. They are not turning her every two hours and have not weighed her since she has been there. DON'T TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE. Looks like a bunch of attitude staff and lazy. If something does not change this place will get closed down.

I had a wonderful experience at meadows regarding my aunt’s rehab. It was a short term stay and felt that the entire staff was invested in her care. We felt comfortable and most importantly the staff gave her the confidence to work hard, that led her to go home. Meadows staff helped us getting admitted, took care of her and followed up after she was discharged. I highly recommend this place for your health care needs and will say it over many times without any hesitation.

My sister stayed here after leaving the hospital. This place sucks and is shady. Disclaimer: not everyone here is worthless. There are awesome nurses and administrators here that I feel truly care, but there are those who work here that would be better suited working in a landfill. My sister experienced harsh treatment and missing properly, some of which holds significant sentimental value. I would only recommend this place for people I don’t like.
