Called about my income tax, I was told to drop it off they would when done. I get there and was told they were doing appointments first I was never told I needed an appointment.
Then they needed a bunch of info that they didn't need. It took them over a month to do only my state. The person Hazel who does the taxes was rude and wouldn't let me explain anything

Good place to go when you're in need. Be careful however, they have a tendency to give out outdated food. I've received multiple items that were outdated anywhere from 1 month to 2.5 years.

This place is a god send for the seniors of monroe county. They help stretch the food budget since the food prices skyrocketed the last 3 years.
